Lightweight Composite solutions
Hexcel supplied us with aerospace-certified prepreg carbon fiber, which we used for manufacturing the aircraft’s external skins. The material’s excellent surface finish, strength, and curing consistency were key in meeting both aerodynamic and structural requirements during lamination.
3D CAD SOFTWARE
SolidWorks supported our team by providing free licenses, allowing us to design, simulate, and refine our 3D models using professional tools. Their support played a key role in the smooth development of our structural parts, all the way through to the complete assembly of our aircraft.
Engineering parts and solutions
Norelem provided our team with a wide range of mechanical components, from fasteners to assembly tools, used throughout the manufacturing of our aircraft. Their extensive catalog and the quality of their products greatly facilitated the precise and reliable integration of our subsystems.
Vacuum bagging materials
